Brian Stevens - Summit 1031... search about the Summit Bankruptcy from Uganda, searches of Umpqua and yesterday a search from same town in Uganda for Umpqua CEO Ray Davis eMail... Come on.. THEY know I am watching.. how dumb are these Criminals.. Really..

So Umpqua Bank CEO Ray Davis helped Brian Stevens HIDE assets in Uganda?
